Guido Ojeda, an Argentine chef with over 20 years of experience, has made his mark in prestigious hotels and restaurants worldwide. From Oman and Uruguay to Spain, Dubai, and Iceland, he has led renowned establishments like El Bulli Hotel-Hacienda Benazuza and The Edition Hotel in Iceland.
Recognized for his culinary expertise and commitment to sustainability, Guido earned Michelin recognition for two consecutive years and led TIDES Restaurant to secure the Green Key Certification for eco-friendly operations. His passion for innovation and excellence continues to elevate dining experiences globally.

Mauro Pellegrino, a food and beverage leader with over 20 years of extensive international food and beverage experience, is Director of Food and Beverage at Kimpton Grand Roatán Resort & Spa. He has experience with renowned hotel brands including the Four Seasons, The Westin and JW Marriott. At Kimpton Grand Roatán, Pellegrino led the resort’s restaurant and bar opening strategy and continues to oversee the overall management, planning and execution of all food and beverage operations

Felipe Garcia
Founder of Instituto del Cóctel in Medellín and Cali, brings over a decade of expertise in training professional and competitive hospitality staff. With certifications from prestigious institutions such as Universidad del Cocktail in Buenos Aires, Shake Escola in Rio de Janeiro, and WSET Spirits Level 2, Felipe’s dedication to excellence is reflected in his work as a consultant, educator, and industry leader.
His career spans Colombia and Latin America, where he has developed renowned bar concepts, served as a Diageo Reserve Brand Ambassador, and trained professionals in cities like Cartagena, Bogotá, and Panama City. Today, Felipe continues to elevate hospitality standards through his consultancy, Buenos Bares Corp, and his work at Instituto del Cóctel.
