Tiene experiencia en famosas marcas hoteleras, incluidas las cuatro estaciones, The Westin y JW Marriott. En Kimpton Grand Roatán, Pellegrino lideró la estrategia de apertura de restaurantes y bares del resort y continúa supervisando la gestión, planificación y ejecución general de todas las operaciones de alimentos y bebidas.
